  1. All new clients are required to pay a 50% non-refundable deposit prior to your appointment, that deposit will be applied toward your service. 

  2. There is a 15 minute grace period for your appointment. Coming to your appointment later than your time slot, will result in an additional $30 attached to your service and/or possible cancellation.

  3. If your appointment is not cancelled prior to 24 hours, there will be a $50 rebooking fee. No exceptions.

  4. Eating is prohibited in the salon.

  5. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your service, clients have 24 hours to consult with your stylist.

  6. Color services require a consultation prior to the appointment.  The consultation should be booked at least 48 hours prior.  If you book a color appointment without having had a consultation, your appointment will be cancelled.  

  7. Payments are due in full at the completion of each service.  The salon accepts cash, major debit and credit cards, as acceptable payment methods. NO CHECKS.

  8. Due to limited space, the salon can only accommodate clients who are being serviced.  This includes children.

  9. The salon reserves the right to decline any service at any time. All sales are FINAL.

  10. The salon is not responsible for any damages or lost or broken items. This includes laptops, cell phones are any personal belongings. Any items left behind will be discarded by the end of the week.
